Preorder Shipping
All current orders are preorders and will ship between March 5–10 once our shipment arrives.
Please allow additional time for carrier delivery after shipment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or replacements are only eligible if:
• Your product arrives damaged
• Your package is lost during shipment
If this happens, please email shop@popplaydough.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll take care of you.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Normal wear or use
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
